Investing in real estate entails specific risks, i.e. property damage, defaulting tenants, “downtime” when switching between tenants, etc. It also requires certain time commitment on the part of the investor, as opposed to e.g. investment in securities.

Investing with Real Estate Investment Fund allows you to effectively eliminate these risks and reduce the time commitment to the absolute minimum. Our investors buy real estate and rent it to the Fund under long-term agreements, even up to 10 years. The investment is fully secured with the right of ownership to the property and the investor has guaranteed monthly revenue and no problems related to renting the property.

Searching for an investment property which is priced below its market value and which would yield a satisfactory rate of return, as agreed with the investor beforehand. Negotiations with the seller, developer and intermediary in order to minimise investment expenditures.

Purchase of the property by the investor; advisory and consulting when concluding the purchase agreement. Contact with the seller and notary, drawing up hand-over reports, etc.

Renovation and interior design of the apartment to maximise profit from rent. The entire process is managed by our experienced subcontractors and supervised by an interior designer who makes sure that the quality is satisfactory and the budget is not exceeded.

Long-term rental with a guaranteed rate of return. Rental agreement entered into with REIF is signed for a maximum period of 10 years. The agreement is concluded immediately after purchasing the property and it specifies the exact amount of rent which follows from the previously agreed rate of return for the investor.
