When you sign an agreement with Real Estate Investment Fund, you do not need to worry about costs of renovations or new furniture. When switching between tenants, owners usually incur some costs related to refurbishing the apartment or buying new equipment. The problem is completely gone with long-term rental as all costs related to such tasks are borne by the company. It is our task to make arrangements with tenants in case of any defects, assess technical conditions, hire contractors to perform repairs and incur any expenses this may entail.
